Heavy items such as a kayak might require additional handling charges.

Ordering: All orders are processed between 8am-5pm Pacific time. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

Returns / Exchanges: You must login to the My Account section and click the Arrange for Returns section, select the invoice number, print the return mailing label and packing list. Put the packing list inside of your package and simply tape the label on the outside of the package. Mail your return package FREE at any mailbox or US Postal Office. Returns can take up to 10-14 days to receive and up to 48 hours to process.
